Ruth Cooper

Ruth Cooper is a part-time instructor in the American Language Program of Columbia University. She began teaching in the ALP in 2008, returning to her ESL roots after practicing immigration law. Cooper holds an Ed.M. in ESL and Foreign Language Education from Rutgers University, a J.D. from Rutgers University, and a B.A. in French from Harpur College of Arts and Sciences at SUNY BInghamton.
