Dr. Diahanna L. Post has spent her career in measurement, spanning public policy to consumer. She is a Vice President, Data Science at Nielsen, the world’s foremost global measurement company. She leads a team focused on digital advertising and content syndicated products, including cross-platform products that combine television, mobile, and online data. She uses a variety of techniques combining digital census-type data, internet user registration data, panels, and surveys. Prior to joining Nielsen, Dr. Post spent six years at the U.S. Government Accountability Office, where she researched the effectiveness of government programs for international peackeeping and AIDS support, among others. Dr. Post received her Ph.D. in political science from UC Berkeley, and her Master’s in Public Health and Bachelor’s in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Michigan.
