Camilia Salsabilla

Human Capital Management Program Representative, SPS Student Government

Hi fellow Columbia SPS students!

My name is Camilia Salsabilla, and I am serving as the Human Capital Management program student representative. I am also a part of the SPSSG Community Building committee. I came from Jakarta, Indonesia - but I spent the past 9 years in Japan (so Japan is where I call home, too).

After graduation, I am interested in joining Consulting to do work around Organization and Workforce transformation. I believe in the importance of people in business, and that they are an organization's most valuable asset.

In my free time, I love to read, walk, and spend time with friends at a coffee shop. Recently, I have been into squash and been practicing at Dodge almost every day. A fun fact about me is that I wanted to become a broadway actress but I can neither sing nor dance - so here I am!

My dream for SPSSG entails fostering a collaborative team effort to ensure that our programs have a positive impact not only within Columbia but also on a broader societal scale. I also aim to assist my fellow cohorts in expressing their hopes and addressing their concerns while involving them in events that can expand their networks and learning opportunities.
