Her passion lies in using research, data and analytics to create innovative business plans and help organizations best utilize their resources. In particular, Jyoti has focused on uncovering new customer segments, creating new market strategies and developing innovative marketing plans. Most recently, Jyoti was part of the Global Strategy Group at the National Basketball Association, and previously was at Bain & Company (focused on retail, media and technology) and PUMA North America. Jyoti holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
