How to Solve Conflicts at Work With Beth Fisher-Yoshida

Dr. Beth Fisher-Yoshida, the program director for Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia School of Professional Studies, appeared on a new podcast episode of ICERM Radio, hosted on the website for the International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation.

In the episode, titled "Intercultural Communications and Competence," Fisher-Yoshida talks with a special guest, her daughter and coworker Ria Yoshida, the Director of Communications at their firm Fisher Yoshida International.
