Madelyn Blair, Ph.D., is a speaker, author, and executive advisor. She is the founder of Pelerei, Inc. Her specialty is unlocking personal resilience for individuals ready for a change and for teams needing to meet today’s complex challenges with greater ease. She has extensive experience in knowledge management and the use of story and narrative in business with emphasis on narrative intelligence.
Dr. Blair is a Taos Institute Associate and charter member of the Associates Council to the Board. Dr. Blair received her doctorate in organizational psychology from the University of Tilburg, The Netherlands, and holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
