Lecturer; Senior Project Manager, McKissack & McKissack (New Terminal One, JFK)

Minna currently works as a Senior Project Manager on behalf of McKissack & McKissack for the New Terminal One (NTO) Project Management Organization. NTO is responsible for planning and managing redevelopment of Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Queens, NY through a public-private partnership with the local transportation authority to transform Terminal One into a world-class international terminal.

Minna specializes in cross disciplinary project management and coordination and firmly believes clear communication is key to any project's success. Her responsibilities have included developing, implementing, and overseeing processes to aid in project accountability, organization, risk management, and planning. She has managed over $1B worth of projects in the New York market and has been involved in all aspects of the design, construction, and development processes of her projects, ranging from conducting due diligence to managing design, controls processes, schedules, and budgets. Her experience covers a diverse set of projects that includes aviation, multifamily, office, luxury private residential, and mixed-use developments.

Minna holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University. She is also a member of the New York chapter of Professional Women in Construction.
