Kim Persaud

Managing Director, Enterprise Risk Management, Citi

Kim Persaud is Citi’s Head of Enterprise Risk Management & Risk Transformation Strategy, responsible for developing and driving outcomes-oriented strategy and messaging for the ERM function and in support of the firm's risk and controls transformation.

Previously, Kim led the teams responsible for the firm’s enterprise programs for risk identification, risk appetite & limits, concentration risk, lines of defense, risk management frameworks, and risk policy. She has also held progressive roles in enterprise stress testing, risk reporting, and wholesale credit, retail credit and market risk management.

Prior to joining Citi in 2007, Kim held a variety of roles on the buy side. Kim has a Master of Business Administration (University of Chicago) and Bachelor of Business Administration (York University) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager designations.
