Deniz Ozenbas

Part-Time Lecturer

Deniz Ozenbas is a consultant and researcher in trading, liquidity, and financial risk management, and has worked with clients including leading financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase and others. She is the founding co-director of the Robert A Schwartz Center for Trading and Financial Markets Research at Baruch College, and a university distinguished scholar at Montclair State University. Deniz is a widely published author and speaker with numerous awards, academic articles and three books to her name. Her latest book, co-authored with Michael Pagano, Robert Schwartz and Bruce Weber, titled “Liquidity, Markets and Trading in Action: An Interdisciplinary Perspective” was published by Springer in 2021. Deniz is a member of the Chicago Quantitative Alliance and the Financial Management Association.
