Ruairi Macdonald

Qualified as an attorney in New York and a solicitor in England and Wales, Ruairi is a part-time researcher at the University of Oxford in the UK and a part-time Sr. Vice President of Lux Consulting Group, Inc. (Lux) in the US. Lux is a boutique management consulting services company where Ruairi oversees the Project Management Office and Lux's contracts with the federal government for grant program management support and grantee technical assistance. 

Ruairi's research interests are in cross-sector collaboration and how people define and redefine outsourced work, especially on government programs. Ruairi is also interested in sustainability and the pursuit of carbon net zero targets through public procurement in the EU, UK, and US.
