Voting and participating in federal, state, and local elections is one of the most important duties you have as an American citizen. With that being said, our electoral system may often feel confusing or even overwhelming. The School of Professional Studies is committed to helping you cast your ballot easily and confidently. Important Upcoming Dates for NY State Voters

  • October 14, 2022: Last day to register to vote before the general election

  • October 24, 2022: Last day to send in an absentee ballot request

  • November 8, 2022: Election Day

    • Also the last day to postmark or drop off an absentee ballot (must be received by Nov. 15)
