Shweta is a student pursuing MS in Human Capital Management from Columbia University. Before this, she obtained her Bachelor of Science from Delhi University, majoring in Instrumentation. She also completed her HRM certification from eCornell.
She has 6 years of work experience where she supported human capital needs in the areas of US immigration, onboarding, employee relations, and exit interviews. She also has experience in full life-cycle recruiting within the technology and insurance industry space.
Shweta loves giving back to the community and has volunteered at the hospice where she assisted in direct care volunteering by visiting and providing comforting companionship to patients. She also assisted the hospice organization with administrative and general office tasks.
Beyond academic life, she enjoys listening to music, traveling and exploring new places, exercising, and spending quality time with her kids.
