Killian Young

Killian Young is an NYC-based communications professional who used to work at Columbia University, where he wrote, edited and sent content for students, faculty, staff, administrators, families and alumni. In this role, he synthesized information from 20+ autonomous partner units across campus. He is also a freelance music photographer and writer, who specializes in concert and music festival coverage. He has previously worked at publications such as Rolling Stone, Consequence of Sound and SPIN, as well as in the PR field at an agency, Sharp Communications. In his free time, he is passionate about running, the great outdoors and cheering on the Yankees in baseball and his alma mater, Northwestern, in football/basketball.
