Michelle Chin is a tenured marketing executive with 20-plus years of experience devising strategy and delivering sales performance for iconic lifestyle brands. She is a strategic brand builder with a proven track record of reigniting mature brands through repositioning based on current market trends and consumer insights while holding true to core brand values. She has led and managed award-winning campaigns across marketing, public relations, and product innovation.

Chin’s experience ranges from traditional consumer packaged goods to luxury, lifestyle brands to retail marketing, inclusive of e-commerce. She is the vice president of Starbucks EMEA – Customer Strategy, Marketing, Product Category, R&D, and Digital & Sustainability. As a seven-year Starbucks partner, Chin served in prior roles including general manager and vice president of Evolution Fresh and vice president of Teavana. Previous to Starbucks, Chin held executive roles at Godiva, Campari, LVMH/Diageo, and Unilever.

Chin holds an M.B.A. from the S.C. Johnson School of Management at Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and Asian studies from Wellesley College.
