Henali Shah

Manager, Riveron

Henali's 10+ years in ESG and financial leadership roles include risk management, financial and operational internal control testing, audit support, and process improvement. Henali has significant experience with both public and private companies across a variety of industries including banking, manufacturing, government institutions, consumer goods, and financial services. After working at Wells Fargo for about 6 years, Henali completed her M.S. in ERM, graduating as one of the Top-5 Students, and moved into financial services consulting at Deloitte. At Deloitte, she worked on multiple client engagements helping out with building blockchain technology at a major payment processing organization and control testing and design for an M&A.

She is now a manager at Riveron, a private consulting firm based out of Dallas. She is a manager on their ESG team within their Governance, Risk, and Compliance business line. This includes being knowledgeable in the numerous global frameworks and standards that address ESG reporting and helping companies develop and build their ESG strategy. Henali's hobbies include watching movies, cooking, and reading.
