Tanea Ellis

Tanea Ellis, M.A., PCC, is a Lecturer at the Columbia University School of Professional Studies. She is currently a Product Lead, Onboarding for URGs at Google, and previously served as the EVP, Global Learning & Leadership Development for Mediabrands. Tanea has led Learning & OD teams in consulting, consumer products, entertainment, and higher education. Tanea has an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, a B.A. in Psychology from Lehigh University, and a Coaching Certification from New York University. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with several program design, facilitation, and behavior style assessment certifications.
