Phillip Toth

Phil Toth is Founder and Managing Director of QueensGiant. He has 25 years experience in institutional capital markets and financial advising.
QueensGiant is the second firm that he formed. He also co-founded the investment banking advisory firm The Quant Group, now an industry leader in Asia, at age 27. Over a career that started nearly 30 years ago, Mr. Toth played a leading role or participated in transactions totaling many billions of dollars. Sample transactions include acting as placement agent for several structured finance transactions, first-time securitizations, collapsing securities deals, trading and creating structured products, and advisory roles for numerous companies. He has extensive experience working internationally with deals to his credit in Asia, Europe, and North America.
