Paula Fagundes-Ventura

Paula is the global head of coaching & advisory at Goldman Sachs. She brings over 15 years of professional experience to her work as an executive coach to leaders at the firm. Paula joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 in the Investment Banking Division in Brazil. She also worked in the Consumer Retail Investment Banking Division in New York and held several learning roles within Human Capital Management. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Paula worked at Itau and Rio Bravo Project Finance, two financial services firms in Brazil. Paula holds a Masters degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (with honors) from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Brazil. She has a coaching certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute and is certified to administer a number of psychometric tools.
