Patricia Cevasco

Lecturer; Senior Manager, Global Projects & Change, PwC

Patricia is a Senior Manager within PwC’s Global Projects & Change organization where she leads a global team of change consultants in optimizing the impact of projects and initiatives across PwC’s network of firms.  

PwC’s purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems. With its people as the driving force, adequately preparing people to navigate the changes brought about by an increasingly complex world are therefore critical to living its purpose in the world.

Patricia played a prominent role in helping PwC to reimagine the way it works by helping to deploy Google’s enterprise communication and collaboration tools to over 275,000 people across PwC’s the network of firms. A move that has helped its workforce still deliver its critical role in society despite being distributed through the pandemic.

Patricia is a Prosci certified change practitioner, is a member of PwC’s Network Staff Advisory Council and has ten years of experience in change management, communications, new service development, and marketing.
