Natasha Velikoselskiy is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, Ivy League trained Organizational Psychologist, Leadership Development Expert, Executive Coach and Facilitator.

She is an educator and trusted strategic partner on a mission to take leaders and teams to the next level so they can do the same for their team, business, organization and the larger community. Natasha’s signature approach to leadership development grew out of formal studies and a corporate career spanning from small businesses to Fortune 100 enterprises.

Natasha’s core belief is “who we are is how we lead”. She helps organizations build authentic and inclusive work cultures that catalyze leadership impact through wholehearted humanity in the workplace. Natasha is a master facilitator of innovative and unorthodox learning environments that propel leaders from insight to action through lived experience, practice and behavior.
