Myrsini Stroutsi

Lecturer; Counterparty Credit Risk Associate, Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation

Myrsini Stroutsi is a Counterparty Credit Risk Associate at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). She is responsible for managing credit risk originating from DTCC’s clearing corporations covering equities and fixed income. As a credit risk associate, she performs annual reviews and ongoing surveillance of member firms to assess their creditworthiness. Her portfolio of firms includes US and foreign banks and broker dealers.

Prior to her current role, Myrsini worked as an analyst at Consulting and Investment Management Firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers and The Rock Creek Group, in the US and Greece. Myrsini was also involved in the formation of a Fintech start-up in London, where she was responsible for interpreting financial data, defining and monitoring KPIs and communicating with all business units for the creation of a Risk Report for the firm.

Myrsini holds a Master of Science degree in Enterprise Risk Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a double major in Finance and Management and a minor in Italian from Georgetown University.
