Pat O'Connell

Lecturer, Behavioral Challenges; M.S. Technology Management

Pat O’Connell has over 30 years of experience in information technology that began in systems and data communications engineering and moved through data center management, applications development, outsourcing, and program and vendor management, the bulk of which has been with Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and ING. He has successfully delivered technology and process solutions to a variety of business initiatives during a rapidly changing business and technical environment.

Since leaving corporate life, O’Connell has leveraged his experience in technology and financial services to build and operated two professional services firms - The Conall Group (TCG) and TORI Global, which offer coaching, consulting and advisory services to select clients. He is passionate about working with the next generation of IT leaders in addressing the opportunities that lie ahead.

O’Connell serves on the board of The Center At West Park, and has undergraduate and post-graduate conferrings in Mathematics and Computer Science from University College Cork – National University of Ireland.
