Cecil R. House

Cecil R. House is an attorney and senior operations executive with experience in both the private and public sectors. He currently the Chief Legal and Compliance officer at Eaglestone LLC where he serves as general counsel and manages the Ethics and Compliance program and the Enterprise Risk Management program for this private equity owned company.  Prior to joining Eaglestone, he led the public sector construction practice for the New York office of Gilbane Building Company where he developed and managed a $1 billion portfolio of construction projects. Prior to joining Gilbane, House was the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) where he was responsible for an annual operating budget of over $3 billion, a capital program of over 100 projects exceeding $2 billion in costs and an operation of approximately 11,000 employees. Prior to joining NYCHA, House held various operations roles including Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for Edison International and Southern California Edison where he also led Environment Health & Safety, Corporate Real Estate, Transportation & Air Operations, Business Continuity Planning, and Security; Chief Procurement Officer at Public Service Electric & Gas (“PSE&G”); Vice President of Customer Service at PSE&G; and Vice President of Business Development at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Prior to focusing on operations, House led the corporate side of the law department at ADP, was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery and was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton focusing on corporate finance, structured finance, mergers and acquisition and general corporate law.

House is admitted to the bar in the states of New York and Virginia.
