Anne Katcher

Anne is a seasoned financial services executive, who held senior leadership positions in product development and finance at AXA in New York, NY from 1984-2013.  AXA is one of the world's largest financial services companies.  In her last position, she was responsible for life insurance product development and inforce management, including pricing, product design and management, state filing and other technical functions.  Anne created the new life inforce management area, designing the strategic focus, goals and implementation of specific financial targets.  She was a frequent presenter at global meetings to share best practices developed by this area.  Anne was also a key leader in acquisition and divestiture of blocks of business and cost restructuring projects.  She retired in 2013 and is now head of Sage Sense LLC, a consulting firm in Stamford, CT formed to focus on strategic, organizational effectiveness and human resource services to the financial services industry.  Anne attended executive management programs at both Wharton and Insead (France).  She has a graduate certificate in Human Resources from New York University and an MBA in Management Science from University at Albany.  She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).  Anne volunteers her time with the Society of Actuaries, where she is Chairperson of the Leadership & Development Section, as well as the Foundation Fighting Blindness, where she is on the Board of Trustees.  She is also a Board member of her condominium association.
