Adam Brinegar, Ph.D., is SVP and Head of Client Solutions at ExecOnline, a venture-backed ed-tech company based in New York, where he sits on the senior management team.
With more than a dozen years of advisory and research experience in the talent management space, he has advised hundreds of the world’s largest organizations on nearly every facet of talent management and is a thought leader in helping organizations redefine themselves for work environments that are increasingly digital, flat, and agile.
As part of that work, Dr. Brinegar has advised Heads of HR on rebuilding their service models to more strategically engage the business and the workforce, redesign L&D functions for the digital era, and is a leader in advancing the use of data collection and analysis tools to help organizations develop modern, innovative, and productive workforces.
At ExecOnline—which pairs the world’s leading business schools with the world’s leading enterprises—he has leveraged those perspectives to help the company rapidly grow and advance through their series C round of funding. He developed the organization’s Client Solutions function, which is responsible for deepening and expanding relationships with clients through excellent service, advice and consultation. He also developed the organization’s highly differentiated analytics suite, and partners closely with the product function on the development of new digital learning offerings that are at the cutting edge of virtual leadership development and that are aligned with organizations’ business needs.
Prior to ExecOnline, Dr. Brinegar spent 10 years at the Corporate Leadership Council at CEB (now Gartner) where he led teams on the development of groundbreaking insights on nearly every facet of talent management, including strategic HR Business Partners, performance management, enterprise leadership, growth-based career paths, and open-source change management.
