Introduction to mindfulness based on neuroscience insights to increase emotional intelligence and promote wellbeing. Practice connecting the breath, heartbeat, and body sensations to calm down the sympathetic nervous system and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

Clarity: Awareness
Techniques to live more fully in the present moment, experiencing everyday situations as opportunities to observe emotions and connect intentions. 

Thursday, March 2 | 8:30 – 9:00 am ET
Compassion: Listening
Techniques to live more fully in the moment, experiencing everyday Guided meditations for increasing your ability to listen mindfully - giving moment-to-moment attention with balance and acceptance.

Thursday, March 9 | 8:30 – 9:00 am ET
Compassion: Perspective
Meditations for expressing positive intentions to increase our ability to relate to ourselves and those around us.

Thursday, March 23 | 8:30 – 9:00 am ET
Creativity: Expression
The neuroscience behind how mindfulness can support the confidence to create. Participants will practice meditations to strengthen creativity and self-expression.

Thursday, March 30 | 8:30 – 9:00 am ET
Creativity: Vision
Exploring the words and phrases proven to lower anxiety and increase happiness, to create a positive vision of the future.

Thursday, April 13 | 8:30 – 9:00 am ET
All concepts will be revisited and participants will have an opportunity to share their insights and favorite practices.
