Maggie Miller Biography

Maggie Miller is the Chief Information Officer of the New York State Office of Information Technology Services, appointed by Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo. In this role, she sets statewide technology policy for all state government agencies and drives innovative solutions to the state’s technology challenges.

Previously, Miller was the Chief Information Officer of Girl Scouts USA. During her time there, she was responsible for transforming the Movement-wide IT services and platforms to better support and improve the experience for nearly 3 million girl and adult members in 90 countries.

Prior to that role, Miller held senior technology roles at companies including Warner Music Group, J. Sainsbury PLC, National Westminster Bank PLC, The Merrett Group, TUI Travel, and Dell.
