Kathleen Fitzpatrick Biography

Kathleen Fitzpatrick is CIO of Russell Reynolds Associates and is responsible for driving the firm’s overall technology strategy and providing leadership and support for the firm’s major IS initiatives. She leverages her experience in key areas such as innovative systems architecture, client management platforms, hardware and software integration, user interface design and end-user training programs to ensure that the IS team understands and translates business trends and needs into viable technology solutions.

Fitzpatrick has more than 20 years of experience in the development of complex client management applications and IT architecture, having spent the last 15 years as a managing director in senior IT roles for major financial services institutions. Most recently, Fitzpatrick was a managing director and the head of global development and shared services for Citigroup’s global wealth management group, where she was responsible for the global rollout of the strategic client profiling and on-boarding platform at Citi Private Bank. Prior to that, she held roles of increasing responsibility at UBS, most recently serving as head of front office technology for UBS Financial Services’ U.S. wealth management. While at UBS, Fitzpatrick played a significant role in the multiple acquisition integrations that were instrumental in building the organization’s current structure. Earlier in her career, Fitzpatrick served as project manager for Smith Barney Shearson and spent her early years as a software developer.

Fitzpatrick received her B.S. in mathematics and computer science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
