Join us for a showcase of graduate student research in the field of conflict resolution. The capstone thesis is the culminating project for the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Master’s Program at Columbia University. It is a full semester seminar where students produce a scholarly paper on applied research on topics ranging from interpersonal to organizational to international.

Professor Civico will be joined by guest Catalina Duque, who will speak on her work in social entrepreneurship and the role that civil society and artists can have in supporting peace efforts. Duque is Director of Mi Sangre Foundation, an organization doing cutting edge work on peace-building, reconciliation, and youth leadership in some of the toughest areas of Colombia.
