SPS Policy: Complaint Procedures for Distance Education Students

Each distance course and program at the School of Professional Studies (SPS) has a process for, and will make every attempt to resolve, student complaints within its courses and programs. Policies for addressing concerns are available on the website for the Office of Student Affairs.

SPS student concerns may be addressed to Dr. Tatum Soo Kim, Dean of Students.
