How Meditation Helped Supriya Venkatesan Recover From War

When Supriya Venkatesan, an alumna of the Master’s Program in Strategic Communications program, was discharged from the army and returned home to the U.S. after serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom, she found herself “with questions about the world and grappling with [her] own mortality and morality.”

Read about Venkatesan’s experience in an article she wrote for The Washington Post.
