Michael Dittelman is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of OneUp Sports, a leading provider of mobile media applications and services for professional sports teams and leagues. Prior to OneUp Sports, Dittelman enjoyed varied progressively senior-level management roles with leading sports media properties, including CBS and SportsOnEarth.com, a joint venture based in New York City between MLB Advanced Media (MLB.com) and USA Today.
Focused on the business side of the sports industry over the past 20 years with a concentration on promoting and marketing sports properties and media brands, Dittelman's professional experience has ranged from a direct response customer acquisition and brand marketing role at Sports Illustrated to a media sales position at USA Today's Baseball Weekly magazine, to the job of Marketing Director for Sporting News. After running a full-service sports marketing shop – Dedicated Sports Marketing – Dittelman headed sponsorship sales and marketing partnerships at the NBA league office for the WNBA and served as VP, Business Development of the Harlem Globetrotters.
A graduate of Brandeis University with a B.A. in American History, American Studies, and Sociology, Dittelman boasts a variety of specialties within sports marketing including advertising, branding, consumer promotions, and multi-channel integrated marketing.
