Timothy Higdon has 30+ years of leadership, management and consulting experience in nonprofits, the military and the private sector. His career over the last several years has focused on the nonprofit sector as a consultant or in senior leadership roles. Organizations he has served include Animal Haven, Congregation Beit Simchat Torah, Environmental Defense Fund, Episcopal Relief and Development, Grace Episcopal Church, HealthRight International, Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen and Parish, Hunter College Foundation, James Beard Foundation, Lower East Side Tenement Museum, New York Needs You, New York University, The Nation Institute, National Constitution Center and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. Higdon has also successfully held senior enterprise leadership positions at Amnesty International USA, CCS Fundraising, Girl Scouts of the USA and New York University. Higdon is a former Army Major who served fifteen years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He holds a B.S. from Indiana University and an M.P.A. from New York University.
