Ann Burack-Weiss, social work practitioner, educator, and consultant who taught two generations of students at the Columbia School of Social Work and now associate faculty for Columbia’s Narrative Medicine program, will talk about the research and revelations related to writing her book, The Lioness in Winter: Writing an Old Woman’s Life (Columbia University Press, 2015).

A reception and book signing will follow the talk.
