With over twenty years of experience in social business leadership positions (Cambridge Technology Partners, Computerworld, CXO Systems), she brings both practical experience and visionary leadership to her work.
DiMauro is a pioneering researcher in the field of online communities. Since 1991, she has studied the impact of decision-making and knowledge transfer in online environments. She has authored more than 60 academic and popular articles and her work has been noted by leading publications such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNBC and Forbes. Her industry recognition includes Top 40 Social Media Masters Worldwide (Forbes), Most Powerful Women in Social Media (CEOWorld), Society for New Communications Research: Research Fellow of the Year 2014. She sits on several boards including the Society for New Communications Research of The Conference Board and Network Activator.
