PepsiCo Human Capital Strategy VP Joins Human Capital Management Faculty

Dr. Beverly Tarulli, Vice President, Human Capital Strategy and Workforce Analytics at PepsiCo, has joined Columbia University’s Master of Science in Human Capital Management program as faculty.

With more than 25 years of experience as both an internal HR professional and as a human capital expert providing service to clients, Dr. Tarulli leverages data to develop PepsiCo’s human capital strategy and ensure the right approach to attract, retain, and develop talent.

In addition, she leads PepsiCo’s workforce analytics function, which applies advanced analytics to drive HR solutions that maximize business impact. Prior to PepsiCo, Dr. Tarulli worked in client-facing roles with Accenture and in internal HR research and development roles at BellSouth (now AT&T).

Starting with the fall 2018 term, Dr. Tarulli will teach Introduction to Human Capital Management.
