For College Edge students

Tuition and fees for 2019 will be available by early February. The rates listed below are for summer 2018.

Residential Tuition, Housing, & Meals

$14,500 for 6 points

Students exceeding 6 points will be charged $1,756 per additional point.

Includes course tuition, supervision, extracurricular programming, housing, and three meals per day, Monday through Friday. Students are expected to cover expenses such as weekend meals, personal items, and transportation and admissions fees for optional activities around the city. We recommend that participants have access to a minimum of $1,500.

Please note, housing is only available during Session Q. Students must be enrolled in a total of 6 points to be considered eligible for residential status.

Fees

Health Service Fee
Grants access to Urgent Care at the University’s Health Service facility during hours of operation. Fees for medicine and tests, if needed, are not included. The health service fee is not health insurance; all students are expected to have insurance coverage.

Deposit & Balance Due

In order to secure a place in the program, a $500.00 nonrefundable deposit, credited toward tuition, is due upon notification of acceptance to the program. A bill for the balance due will be issued to the student's Columbia University email address.

Financial Aid

Individual applications for financial aid are not accepted. To learn about outside opportunities for financial assistance, we advise students to speak with their school's guidance counselor for information on how to search for financial aid and scholarship opportunities from outside sources and organizations.

* University Facilities Fee – Students are required to pay a University Facilities Fee depending on their registration. Full-time students are those registered for 12 or more points over a 12-week term. This fee is subject to Board of Trustee approval and may change.
