Hannah Bronfman is a Senior Associate with WSP on the Built Ecology team. Applying her background in program implementation and communications, she assists organizations in incorporating sustainability uniformly across business practices—from corporate-level initiatives and policies to building portfolio management. Relevant frameworks and reporting utilized in program implementation include GRESB, GRI, CDP, B Corp, and proprietary stakeholder reporting requirements. Bronfman approaches each project with a customized approach and holistic view, endeavoring to support each individual client's image, brand, and intent.
At the building level, she helps teams incorporate sustainable operational strategies and the management of building systems with an emphasis on occupant and staff engagement. Her project experience includes LEED/LEED Volume coordination, Living Building Challenge coordination, energy audits, lifecycle cost assessments and design simulation, including energy modeling. In addition, she has specific experience guiding project teams through compliance with the LEED for Existing Building Operations and Maintenance (EBOM) rating system, including planning and submitting for recertification.
Bronfman holds a graduate certificate in Graphic Design from the Pacific Northwest College of Art and a B.S. in Environmental Science and Geography from the University of Oregon, Eugene.
