Health Services

College Edge students can be seen on a walk-in basis by Urgent Care at Columbia Health Services. Students should be escorted by a program resident adviser or program assistant.

Fitness Center

Columbia’s Dodge Physical Fitness Center provides students with access to three floors of cardiovascular and strength equipment, an eight-lane 25-yard pool, multi-sport gymnasia, 10 squash courts, and Scandinavian saunas and showers.

Libraries

Columbia’s 25 libraries hold over 9 million volumes, 65,650 current serials, and an extensive collection of resources in electronic form. Because College Edge programs of study are short in duration, students have reading room access but not borrowing privileges.

Alfred Lerner Hall

Columbia’s architecturally renowned student center serves students’ needs in one convenient location. Facilities include student lounges, dining facilities, and computer labs.

Disability Services

The University Office of Disability Services (ODS) provides a full range of services and accommodations to assist students with disabilities. Students requiring accommodations should register with ODS upon enrollment.

Computer Access

Students have access to computer clusters and laboratories throughout campus. These facilities range from informational kiosks to high-end workstations to walk-in consulting centers. Students may connect to the wireless network anywhere on campus.
